1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any SFAI website or online service, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and the United Arab Emirates.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the site. These Terms govern all online interactions, content use, tools, courses, and materials made available by SFAI Consultancy Ltd (DIFC) and SFAI Sales Ltd (UK).

2. Ownership and Operation

All listed domains and their sub-domains are jointly owned and operated by SFAI Consultancy Ltd, registered in the DIFC, and SFAI Sales Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom.
These entities are collectively referred to as “SFAI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”.

All services, platforms, and content are administered from the Dubai International Financial Centre, and any use of the websites constitutes acceptance of DIFC jurisdiction.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All text, designs, trademarks, service marks, logos, frameworks, downloads, reports, training materials, and other intellectual property appearing on SFAI websites are the exclusive property of SFAI or its licensors and are protected by UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights and DIFC IP Regulations.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or display any part of these websites without prior written consent from SFAI. Limited non-commercial sharing for educational use is permitted only with clear attribution to SFAI and without alteration of the original material.

All AI-generated outputs, prompts, frameworks, and analysis tools made available through SFAI systems remain SFAI’s intellectual property unless otherwise licensed in writing. Use of such materials is restricted to personal or internal business purposes and may not be republished or incorporated into other products or models.

4. Linking, Backlinking, and Brand Reference

Users may create standard backlinks to SFAI pages for legitimate reference, provided they do not misrepresent affiliation or imply endorsement.
Framing, deep-linking, embedding, or commercial linking to any SFAI website or content without written consent is strictly prohibited.

SFAI reserves the right to request the immediate removal of any unauthorised link, logo use, or brand association.
Failure to comply may result in legal action under Articles 54 to 60 of the DIFC Contract Law No. 6 of 2004.

5. Technical Abuse, Security, and Account Integrity

Any attempt to compromise the security or functionality of SFAI websites is prohibited. This includes denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, unauthorised access, credential sharing, malware injection, data scraping, reverse engineering, or any other activity intended to damage, disrupt, or exploit the site or its users.

Automated crawlers, bots, and scraping systems may not be used for any purpose including data mining, model training, or competitive analysis.
SFAI actively monitors network activity and reserves the right to block or report offenders.
All violations will be referred to the DIFC Authority and the UAE Cybercrime Unit under Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combating Rumours and Cybercrimes.

Access to licensed areas such as course platforms or client dashboards is granted to one authorised user only. IP monitoring and login tracking may be used to prevent account sharing or misuse. Multiple logins from different users or devices under a single license will constitute a material breach and may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

6. Prohibited Uses

Users must not:

  • Use the website or its content for any unlawful, fraudulent, or defamatory purpose.

  • Upload or distribute harmful code, viruses, or malicious software.

  • Attempt to interfere with the availability, performance, or integrity of the website or its servers.

  • Copy, scrape, or extract content, data, or materials for use in third-party systems, publications, or AI training datasets.

  • Circumvent or attempt to bypass authentication, licensing, or security controls.

Any breach of these prohibitions constitutes unauthorised use under Articles 56 and 57 of the DIFC Contract Law and may lead to civil and criminal enforcement.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

All websites, materials, and tools are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
SFAI makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for purpose.
Information is provided for general educational and informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for business, investment, or technical decisions.

Any free or experimental AI-based tools made available online are explicitly provided for demonstration and exploration only. SFAI does not warrant the accuracy or suitability of AI outputs and shall not be held liable for reliance on such outputs.

Under Article 40(2) of the DIFC Contract Law and Article 122 of the UAE Civil Code, SFAI’s total liability for any loss or damage arising from website use is limited to the lesser of the amount paid (if any) for access or the minimum permitted by law.
SFAI shall not be responsible for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

SFAI collects and processes limited user data through website forms, bookings, and mailing lists in accordance with the DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020. By submitting data, users consent to its processing for legitimate business purposes such as communication, event registration, and marketing updates. All data is stored securely and may be shared only with trusted processors including Wix Events, Mailchimp, and Stripe. Users should also review the privacy policies of these third parties:

This Terms of Use document should be read together with the SFAI Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of Service, which form an integral part of SFAI’s legal framework.

9. Termination of Access

SFAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user’s access to its websites, platforms, or content at its discretion, without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that a user has violated these Terms or applicable law.
Upon termination, all rights granted to the user immediately cease, and SFAI may take appropriate legal action to protect its interests and intellectual property.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts, with proceedings conducted in English.
Where DIFC law is silent, relevant provisions of UAE Federal Law shall apply in a supplementary manner.

11. Severability and Non-Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure by SFAI to enforce any right or clause shall not constitute a waiver of that right or clause at any time in the future.
